Yes! InvisOutlet was designed for DIY installation. Every InvisOutlet is pre-wired with 3-way wire connectors. Additionally, you can reference the printed installation guide included in the box and visit our support site. Please ensure you review all safety/installation guidance. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unclear about the procedures.
What is the optimal number of InvisOutlet Pros for my home?
We recommend 1 InvisOutlet Pro per bedroom. For open, shared spaces like living rooms, it's worth taking a look around and observing the number of unobstructed outlet receptacles. Keep in mind where in your home you'd want real-time information about occupancy, air quality, temperature, etc. The adaptive night lighting makes InvisOutlet a great fit for hallways.
How will InvisOutlet Pro indicate air quality status?
InvisOutlet will display the air quality status via the front LED light, using a color spectrum to reflect real-time AQI (Air Quality Index) and also in the ecosystems or the InvisHome app.
How is the nightlight adaptive?
InvisOutlet monitors its surrounding luminosity at 200-millisecond intervals and makes automatic adjustments to the nightlight brightness.
