Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We ship all orders via FedEx and offer three shipping options.
Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days and is available for all domestic orders, either free or calculated at checkout depending on current promotions.

For faster delivery, 2-Day Shipping is available as an expedited option with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days.

For the fastest service, Overnight Shipping is also available, with delivery expected the next business day. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Currently, we ship within the North America region. If you are interested in shipping outside of this region, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods like holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, Intecular is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
