Cancellation policy

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@intecular.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.

Please note that once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy after receiving the item.
