Cancellation policy

InvisOutlet C Pro and InvisOutlet C Aura preorders

For new InvisOutlet C Pro and InvisOutlet C Aura preorders, you may cancel before January 30, 2027 (by January 29, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time) for a full deposit refund. Email support@intecular.com with your order number.

A 10% deposit is charged at checkout. The remaining balance and remaining tax are due January 30, 2027, after cancellation closes, and will be collected manually. Expected dispatch is February 1, 2027. All dates are Pacific Time.

Existing preorders remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase.

Other orders

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@intecular.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.

Please note that once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy after receiving the item.
