InvisOutlet Pro Smart Outlet

InvisOutlet Pro smart outlet and cover plate with the nightlight on
InvisOutlet Pro smart outlet

The outlet that runs the room for you.

It replaces a normal wall outlet. It can tell when someone is in the room, how warm and how clean the air is, and when it gets dark. Then it turns your lamp, heater or air purifier on and off at the right times, without you touching anything.

Here is what it does.

Plug something into it. Tell it once what you want. It handles the rest.

Reading to a child with the lamp on
1. Presence

Turns things on when you walk in. Off when you leave.

Plug a lamp into it. Walk into the room and the lamp turns on. Leave, and it turns off. Most motion sensors switch the light off while you sit reading, because you stopped moving. This one uses radar instead, so it can tell you are still there.

  • Bedroom lamp on when you come in, off when the room is empty
  • Space heater off the moment nobody is in the room
  • Reading chair stays lit no matter how still you sit
A nursery being prepared
2. Air

Checks the air in the room.

It measures the temperature, the humidity and how clean the air is, and shows you on your phone. It can tell you when to open a window. Plug in an air purifier and it will run the purifier when the air gets stale and stop when the air is clean.

  • Nursery too warm, too dry or stuffy, and you know first
  • Bedroom air readings every night, right on your phone
  • Air purifier that runs only when it needs to
InvisOutlet Pro nightlight glowing on a wall in the evening
3. Nightlight

Lights the floor at night.

A soft, warm light at the bottom of the outlet comes on by itself when the room gets dark and turns off in the morning. Bright enough to walk to the bathroom. Dim enough to sleep next to.

  • Hallways and kids’ rooms lit softly from the floor
  • Adjusts itself as the room gets darker or lighter
  • Turn it down or off from your phone if you prefer
Settling in on the couch with the lamp on
4. Two plugs, two rules

The top plug and the bottom plug can do different things.

Each plug follows its own rule. The lamp on top can come on when someone walks in. The heater on the bottom can run only in the evening. You can also switch either one by tapping the outlet, using your phone, or asking Siri, Alexa or Google.

  • Tap the outlet to switch either plug, like a normal switch
  • Ask Siri, Alexa or Google to turn it on or off
  • Set a rule once and never think about it again
Plain and simple

What it does, and what it does not.

It does
  • Turn anything that plugs in on and off: lamps, fans, space heaters, air purifiers, string lights
  • Sense people, temperature, humidity, air quality and darkness
  • Work with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings and Home Assistant
It does not
  • Dim lamps. It switches them on and off
  • Control your ceiling lights or wall switches. It controls what is plugged into it
  • Need a hub, a subscription or an electrician
InvisOutlet Pro installed on a sunlit wall
Design

It looks like a normal outlet.

Nothing plugged in, nothing stuck to the wall, nothing on the shelf. All the sensors sit behind a standard white cover plate.

  • Same size as the outlet it replaces
  • Nothing to dust and nothing for guests to notice
  • Small light bar at the bottom, which you can dim or turn off
Pre-wired lever connectors on the back of InvisOutlet Pro
Install

You replace one outlet. About five minutes.

Turn off the breaker. Unscrew the old outlet. Push its three wires into the connectors that are already attached to the new one. Screw it in, put the cover on, turn the breaker back on.

  • You need a screwdriver and a normal outlet box with a neutral wire, which almost every home has
  • You do not need an electrician, a hub or a subscription
  • If you get stuck, there is a step-by-step guide and 24/7 technical support
Privacy

It cannot see you or hear you.

A sensor in every room should not mean a camera in every room.

No camera. No microphone. It senses the room with radar, air and light sensors. There is nothing that can record you.
Can run without the cloudIf you use Home Assistant, it can work entirely on your home Wi-Fi with nothing sent to the internet.
Safe around kidsETL listed, tamper-resistant plugs, and a child lock you can set from the app.

Questions people ask before buying.

Do I need an electrician?

No. If you can turn off a breaker and use a screwdriver, you can do this. The wires go into connectors that are already attached, and 24/7 support can walk you through it.

Will it fit where my outlet is now?

Yes, if it is a standard single outlet box, which almost all are. It needs a neutral wire, and almost every outlet box has one.

Do I need a hub or a subscription?

No. It connects to your home Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and works with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings and Home Assistant. There is nothing to pay after you buy it.

What can I plug into it?

Anything that normally plugs into an outlet: lamps, fans, space heaters, air purifiers, string lights, phone chargers. It switches things on and off. It does not dim them.

Does it work if my phone is not home?

Yes. The rules you set keep running on the outlet itself. You can also tap the outlet to switch either plug, like a normal switch.

What if it is not for me?

Send it back within 30 days for a refund. If anything goes wrong later, the 2-year warranty covers it.
